Portugal: Doctor suspended over negligence after birth of faceless baby

In a shocking incident in Portugal's Lisbon, a woman gave birth to a faceless baby. The baby named Rodrigo was born on October 7 without a nose, eyes or part of his skull but the deformities were only discovered during his delivery at a hospital in Setubal. Portugal's Medical Council suspended the obstetrician who conducted the delivery, for practicing for 6 months. The baby is still at the pediatric wing of the hospital
