The President of India Ramnath Koving has rejected the mercy plea of one of the four convicts in the 2012 Nirbhaya gang-rape murder case. Akshay had filed a mercy petition last week before President Ram Nath Kovind. A Delhi court which earlier stayed the hanging of the four convicts, today said all the four convicts in the Nirbhaya gang rape and murder case have to be executed together, not separately
