Protest against privatization: Ahmedabad airport staffers to go on relay hunger strike

The members of Airport Authority of Employees Union of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International airport, Ahmedabad are going on a relay strike starting from 25 February. The members are protesting against the privatization of the airport and said that it is a profit-making entity and it must not be privatized. The bid for privatization is already being evaluated along with 5 other airports including Jaipur, Lucknow, and Trivandrum.
