The National Investigation Agency on Friday arrested two more men including a man who bought chemicals online for making improvised explosive devices to be used in an attack on a convoy of the Central Reserve Police Force in Jammu and Kashmir's Pulwama in Feb 2019, that killed 40 personnel. The arrested men include 19-year-old Waiz-ul-Islam, from Srinagar and 32-year-old Mohammad Abbass Rather from Pulwama.
