The Raj Kundra porn videos production case has attracted everyone's attention towards the laws against pornography in India. Sections 292, 293 and 294 of the IPC and Section 67A of the Information Technology Act of 2000 are the laws dealing with pornographic content in the country. While watching or reading pornographic or obscene content is not an offence, production propagation and distribution of porn is a criminal offence.
