Rajasthan police is definitely catching up with Mumbai and Assam police in the effective Tweet game. Recently in a tweet, they have asked if anyone has lost their 'smack' which is another name of Heroin and asked them to come and collect it. The tweet also contained bags after bags of a narcotic substance piled on top of one another. Assam and Mumbai police are known for tweets with a touch of peppery humor.
