'Rogue Doctor' arrested for infecting dozens of children with HIV in Pak

A Pakistani doctor Muzaffar Ghangharo has been arrested after more than 400 children & 100 adults tested positive for HIV, with authorities investigating whether he intentionally infected them. Sikandar Memon, head of AIDS program in Sindh province, had screened 13,800 people from Larkana & 410 children and 100 adults tested positive for HIV. Pakistan's health ministry has registered more than 23,000 HIV cases.
