Sameer Ahmad Dar, key Pulwama attack conspirator not dead: Intelligence

According to the Indian Intelligence Agencies, one of the key conspirators of the 2019 Pulwama attack, Sameer Ahmad Dar, who was thought to be dead earlier, is actually alive and continues to take part in terror activities in the region. Sameer was thought to have been gunned down in an encounter dated July 31. It was the same encounter where Jaish-e-Mohammad commander Mohammad Ismail Alvi alias Lambu was killed.
