SC slam Uttarakhand lawyers for skipping work on Saturdays over irrelevant causes

Supreme Court has strongly criticised the deeds of Uttarakhand lawyers, who reportedly skip their work on Saturdays for irrelevant causes such as Bomb Blast in Pakistan, Earthquake in Nepal and others. It has also been reported that these lawyers are following this practice since last 35 years in three districts of Uttarakhand- Dehradun, Haridwar and Udham Singh Nagar. The apex court has asked the authorities to take action.
