Amid rising number of coronavirus cases, scientists from the Otago University claimed to have discovered potential target points on the genome of the coronavirus which may help develop new treatments for the virus. The virus has so far killed more than 574,278 people globally. While the number of infected patients due to the same crossed over 13,178,180 mark, these have been confirmed in 196 countries and territories.
