Self-proclaimed Godman Nithyananda claims Covid-19 will end only after his arrival in India

Nithyananda, the fugitive 'godman', departed India in 2019 after being accused of sexual assault and is said to be hiding in Ecuador, where he has created the ‘Virtual Island' of ‘Kailasa.' During the second wave of Corona, Nithyananda had refused to allow anybody inside 'Kailasa,' but now he is slyly attempting to return to India by claiming that the epidemic would cease only when he returns. Many media channels call him a con-man.
