In a landmark judgment, the Calcutta High Court said that same-gender complaints are maintainable under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013. It is also commonly known as the POSH Act. A single bench of Justice Sabyasachi Bhattacharyya passed the judgement.
