An Odisha based soldier Vichitra Behra has been arrested for sharing crucial border details with a Pak-based ISI agent via Whatsapp. The police took 2 Indian soldiers under custody from the Jodhpur railway station on charges of sharing crucial information with a Pakistan-based woman, out of which 1 was freed while Behra was charged under Section 3 (spying). The police said he sent the details as video clips via WhatsApp.
