Amid the ongoing tensions between India and China along the Arunachal Pradesh border, the Indian Army is all set to get all-weather access to the border region with the Sela Tunnel Project expected to be completed before August next year. Border Roads Organisation is working tirelessly to complete the Rs. 700 crore project on time. Once completed, it will be the longest bi-lane tunnel project in the world.
