Tablighi Jamaat: Maulana Saad located at 'religious place' in Delhi; says can't join police investigation

The location of Mualana Saad, the chief of Nizamuddin Markaz of Tablighi Jamaat, has been traced to Zakir Nagar at a “religious place” in Delhi. The location was traced by Delhi Police through "technical surveillance". Mualana Saad claims he is self-quarantined and therefore cannot join the police for investigation. Delhi police evoked Section 91 of CrPC and asked him to furnish certain documents and electronic devices.
