Telangana judge B Siva Sankara Rao seeks SC's intervention to correct his DOB as he is facing early retirement due to incorrect entry of his DOB in official records. the change in DOB will get him an extension of another 2 years in his tenure. His original DOB is Mar 29, 1959, while the official records mention April 10, 1957. However, the AG said that such a plea can't be allowed to agitated & argued; dismissed the petition.
