Terrorism and talks can't go together, need to avenge barbarism: Army Chief

After India refused Pakistan PM Imran Khan's offer of talks, Indian Army Chief stated during a briefing that talks and terrorism cannot go together and it is time to take action against acts of barbarism by terrorists and Pakistan Army. He also said that the other side should feel the same pain without resorting to similar kind of barbarism. He supported the government's stand that Pakistan should curb terrorism.
