South African President Cyril Ramaphosa has said the violence and rioting that rocked the country after the arrest of former President Jacob Zuma, were pre-planned. "It is quite clear that all these incidents of unrest and looting were instigated - there were people who planned it and coordinated it," President Ramaphosa said during his visit to KwaZulu-Natal. The President also said the instigators have been identified.
