Thousands forced to flee homes due to Typhoon Molave, floods in Philippines villages
Several thousands of villagers were forced to flee to safe regions after a fast-moving typhoon flooded rural villages and destroyed houses in provinces south of Manila. No casualties have been reported yet but one person is missing. The typhoon Molave has displaced over 25,000 villagers. Villagers are now asking to be rescued because of the sudden wind which blew away roofs,” said Humerlito Dolor, governor of Oriental Mindoro.
