Five tourists were held in Odisha's Basta after they overtook the vehicle of Minister of State Pratap Chandra Sarangi on NH-16 on Sunday. Santosh Shaw, the man driving the car was returning from Panchalingeswar to Kolkata, with family when he overtook the minister's vehicle. The minister's pilot vehicle chased them for 20 km. They were released after signing an undertaking that they wouldn't commit the mistake again.
