Tuition classes to remain shut in Surat; Owner of fired coaching center arrested

A 4-storey commercial complex in Surat on Friday caught fire claiming lives of 21 students. After the police filed an FIR against the builders of the complex- Harshal Vekaria and Jignesh, and the owner of the coaching center Bhargav Bhutani, they arrested Bhutani. The police during the investigation found that the coaching center was made illegally. Also, Police Commissioner directed all tuition classes in Surat to shut.
