Uttar Pradesh emerges as the highest job giving state amid Covid19

According to a report, Yogi Adityanath-ruled Uttar Pradesh gave employment to the highest number of people during the coronavirus lockdown. As per the report, as many as 14,116 people got jobs in the state under the Prime Minister’s Employment Generation Programme from April to August in the micro, small and medium enterprises. Over 110,000 people were given employment across the nation under the scheme during the lockdown.
