A video from the US has gone viral, showing a New York officer using an empty chips packet and tape to save the life of a stabbing victim. Officer Ronald Kennedy used the items to control the bleeding before an ambulance came and escorted the victim to a hospital. The victim, a 28-year-old male, was stabbed in the torso as per authorities. The victim's survival was credited to Kennedy's efforts by the appointed doctor.
