Villagers tied 2 electricity employees to pillar after frequent power cuts in Telangana

According to police, 2 employees from the electricity dept were allegedly tied to a cement pillar by a few villagers as they were upset over frequent power cuts. A senior official and police had intervened & rescued the 2 bill collectors in the village, Medak district. The villagers complained of frequent power cuts and poor response to their complaints. A case is registered against 5 people after the employees issued a complaint.
