Virginia cops sued by US Army lieutenant over violent traffic stop

The US Army lieutenant who was stopped at gunpoint knocked to the ground and pepper-sprayed, has filed a lawsuit against the two Virginia police officers involved in the horrifying traffic stop. Army officer Caron Nazario filed the lawsuit against Windsor policemen Joe Gutierrez and Daniel Crocker, in the US District Court of Norfolk, Virginia on April 2. The lieutenant accused the cops of violating his constitutional rights.
