"We find it disturbing": SC stays Andhra HC order related to constitutional machinery

A Supreme Court bench headed by Chief Justice SA Bobde stayed the interim order passed by the Andhra Pradesh High Court which had sought the assistance of the state government in finding whether the constitutional machinery has broken down there. The SC bench called the ruling "disturbing". The state government moved the apex court against the high court's October 1 interim order. The SC heard the plea through video conferencing.
