WHO says Russian Coronavirus vaccine not in advanced test stages

Amid the launch of the world's first coronavirus vaccine by the Putin government, the World Health Organisation has said that the vaccine registered by Russia is not in the advanced stages of testing. "We don't have sufficient information at this point to make a judgment. We're currently in conversation with Russia to get additional information to understand the status of that product," an adviser to WHO's director-general said.
