The Centre today assured that it will act on the report submitted by Justice Dhingra committee that said that police assisted the rioters in 1984 anti-Sikh riots. The committee probing 186 cases in the 1984 anti-Sikh riots has submitted its report in the Supreme Court. The report says that police, government and the prosecution lacked in submitting their findings before the court at the right time.
