Will not hand over the damaged black box of rashed Ukrainian plane: Iran's FM Zarif

Iran's FM Javed Zarif has said that they have a right to read the black box & be present at any examination of the black box. He firmly said that if they have to give the black box to others for them to read it in their place, they will definitely not do. Defence Minister Amir Hatami said reconstruction of the black box will take place 1st & then the reading. Iran is also in discussion with other countries about the investigation.
