A woman returned from Spain amid the Coronavirus Outbreak posted a video from one of the Coronavirus quarantine facility, showing the terrible condition and poor arrangements at the facility. “There are only three washrooms and five large bedrooms for more than 40 people kept in the facility,” said 21-year-old culinary student Navya, who landed at the Indira Gandhi International Airport in New Delhi on Monday.
