Writer Girish Karnad suspected to be involved in Bhima-Koregaon violence

On the occasion of death anniversary of journalist-activist Gauri Lankesh, a famous writer and playwright Girish Karnad was spotted wearing a placard around his neck on which “Me too urban Naxal” was written. And for this placard, a high court lawyer filed an FIR against him and asked the police officers to investigate his links with Naxalism and question him regarding with Bhima-Koregaon violence.
