The Indian Meteorological Department has said that the deep depression named Yaas, that has been forming over the Bay of Bengal, has intensified into a cyclonic storm. It is expected to pass through the Odisha-West Bengal coasts on May 26 after taking a severe form. According to Kolkata's Regional Meteorological Centre Deputy Director Sanjib Bandopadhyay, the cyclonic storm will travel with wind speeds of 155-165 kmph.
