Pakistan's letter to the UN alleging violations of human rights in J&K after its unique status was abolished not only names Congress leader Rahul Gandhi but also Haryana CM and BJP leader Manohar Lal Khattar. The seven-page letter published by HR minister Shireen Mazari quotes Haryana CM as stating that "brides will be brought from there to here" with Kashmir now open. He later made it clear that this was a "joke."
