880,000 customer records stolen from Expedia owned Orbitz

Orbitz.com has been hacked and it is suspected that 880,000 customer data have been stolen from the database. The hack was revealed by Expedia on Tuesday, in a statement, they said that the hacking occurred between October to December, last year. Many have criticized Orbitz for not coming up with the information sooner as it is a concern when an organization doesn’t realize a hack has taken place until months.
