For easy transition from 4G to 5G, Samsung acquires Zhilabs start-up

Samsung has acquired Zhilabs which is a real-time network analytics startup in Barcelona. It said that this acquisition will ease the transition from 4G to 5G technologies. The news was announced on Wednesday that Zhilabs will now be fully owned by Samsung but it will work independently under its own management. The step has come under Samsung’s aim to invest over $20 bn in businesses for future growth.
