Brexit Deal: Theresa May's deal rejected for second time; EU warns

UK Parliament rejected PM Theresa May's Brexit deal, as she got defeated by 391 votes to 242-a majority of 149 & sending her back to the EU to seek changes. MPs will now vote on whether the UK should leave the EU without a deal & if that fails, on whether Brexit should be delayed. PM made plea to the MPs to back her deal after securing legal assurances on Irish backstop from the EU. EU warns-can't make any more concessions.
