Delhiites are reason for pollution, banning private vehicles only option left

The authorities have asked the Central Pollution Control Board on Wednesday to consider the option of banning private vehicles to improve the air quality. It has said that there is no other option left. EPCA stated that 40% of pollution is due to vehicles.
