Since 30th January, social activist Anna Hazare has been on hunger strike for the appointment of a Lokpal at the Centre and the passage of the Lokayukta Act in Maharashtra. He has warned that he will return his Padma Bhushan award to the President if his demands are not fulfilled in the next few days. He doesn't want it if the country is not in good condition as he got it for working for social causes.
