Lionel Messi suffered yet another injury frustration as he left the field at half-time against Villarreal during Barcelona’s 2-1 La Liga win. Messi was treated in the first half after a problem with his left thigh and then had to be replaced by Ousmane Dembele. His latest injury is major concern for Barcelona. This was Messi’s first start of the season after just recovering from a calf injury sustained in August.
