'Accidental Prime Minister' is in news since the release of its trailer. After watching the trailer, the president of Maharashtra State Youth Congress, Satyajeet Tambe Patil asked for a special screening of the film stating that some of the facts shown are misleading. To his request, Anupam Kher said that after CBFC has passed the film, no one can ask for the screening of the film before its release.
