What made Delhi University think RTI Act as a joke? The queries seek records of students who passed BA exams in 1978, keen on getting records of PM Modi and another minister who graduated the same year. The Hearing is moved to Feb 4th. Solicitor also added personal information is never to revealed unless it has public interest. Earlier CIC had directed DU to allow the same inspection & court has put a hold on CIC order.
