A Delhi-based senior IAS officer Varsha Joshi raised questions on men's behaviour towards women in a Tweet. The tweet came after a girl named Swati tagged the officer in a post complaining about regular sexual harassment of girls in an area. Varsha wrote that she has faced such behaviour in "her own chamber". "While this could indeed be a matter for the police, its a challenge women face 24/7 across North India," Varsha wrote
