1. Show the respect and acceptance to people that they deserve. 

2. Educate yourself and everyone around you. Awareness can start the conversation that is very much needed.  

3. Talk. Talk. Talk. Sometimes talking about things usually makes one feel better and less frustrated. 

4. Take breaks and relax. Focus on exercising, meditating, give yourself the break that you need from time to time.
